Patient Care Advisor

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Patient Care Advisor for one of our lovely clients on the outskirts of Norwich. 

Our client specialises in supporting the NHS and is the area leader within the field. Due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit Patient Care Advisor to join their team in Norwich.

You will be working within a call centre for the NHS, You will be required to support with answering incoming calls to the office, contact patients directly to book them in for relevant appointments. Once the appointment has been made you will be required to enter the data on to the internal computer management system, send reports to patient's local Doctor and the confirmation to the patient, this is automated via the computer system and full training will be provided. All other associated administration duties as required.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, possess great accuracy skills, be fully PC literate, have excellent attention to detail and telephone manner. 

Previous administrative experience essential and full training on all internal systems and processes will be provided. 

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 16:00

Starts in the New Year available.
