Partnership Advisor

Do you want to work with a highly successful Christian charity Fundraising Team? Do you enjoy building relationships and inspiring others to bring lasting change? If so, we'd love to hear from you!
As part of a fun and supportive team, you'll be changing the lives of people who have been rejected by society. There's nothing more rewarding than that! Our client has a culture of growing and learning together, providing extensive training in fundraising and international development. There is a requirement to undertake supporter visits in the UK and in addition, you'll also have exciting opportunities to visit projects overseas. This role is based in Peterborough and will require regular working days in the office.

We're looking for a relational person to nurture a group of major donors, meeting their needs as supporters to increase financial support for the work. It's a fast-paced role with a high workload, demanding excellent attention to detail and exceptional analytical skills. Telling the stories of the communities they support is vital to this role, so you'll have an external mentor who will hone your superb writing skills to fundraising perfection and guide you through training. It is likely that you will have had experience in fundraising or a commercial background in a sales, key account management, or customer-facing role.

Our client is an explicitly Christian charity, serving those of all faiths and none. You will represent the charity's purpose and ethos to external audiences and undertake biblical research to locate appropriate scripture for use in written material. There is an occupational requirement for the Partnership Advisor to be a committed Christian.
