Part-Time Service Administrator

Part-Time Service Administrator needed in Littleport, Cambridgeshire. 

We are currently looking for a Service Administrator to join our existing team here at our Littleport Branch in Cambridgeshire. 

Role Purpose:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the efficient running of the Service office and its overall profitability. You will also be assisting in maintaining effective and accurate communications between customers and technicians in relation to the repair and maintenance of Agricultural, Construction and Groundcare machinery.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal diplomatically with customers and colleagues in a polite and professional manner
Familiar with raising job cards and invoices as required
Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
Act with discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature
Be organized with the ability to multitask efficiently
Have a flexible and approachable manner
Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
Be confident and show initiative
Good keyboard and PC skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft office to include Word and Excel
Accuracy with numbers and handling of cash
Professional and tidy appearance
Strong attention to detail
What's on Offer
Working Hours: Part-Time anything between 20 and 30 hours per week and you can work then over 3, 4 or 5 days if you wish – very flexible. 

Salary: TBC.
