P2P Analyst
Your new companyYou will be working for a business leading the way in the renewable energy revolution. A global business with a focus on harnessing solar power to help achieve carbon neutrality in the UK by 2050. A rapid growing business backed by a global energy firm looking to help solve the climate crisis through sustainable energy solutions across the world. Your new roleAs a P2P Analyst you will play a vital role in ensuring large scale solar energy projects are completed, on time, in budget and with as few hiccups as possible. You will be part of a specialist P2P team, processing digital costs for the business, while continually looking for, and helping to implement, P2P process improvements. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure intricate PO’s are properly processed, in line with company procedures and project timelines. You will be supporting the head of ERP implementation, ensuring the new SAP S/4HANA system is ready for official roll-out in the new year. What you’ll need to succeedYou will need to be a strong and effective communicator with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally. Experience or ability to work cross functionally across international teams will be required for this role. Previous experience within a similar P2P focused role is a requirement for you to be able to perform this role at the level required from day one. Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and other IT packages is required. Candidates working towards or holding MCIPS status would be preferred for this position, but it is not a requirement. You must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage your own time and workload. What you’ll get in returnYou will receive a competitive base salary dependent on experience. Flexible, hybrid working from day one will allow you to work up to 3 days from home a week. A discretionary bonus of up to 15% will be paid to you at the end of the calendar year. You will also receive frequent training opportunities to allow you to continually up-skill yourself while working within this organisation.
