Operations Support Assistant – Scheduling & Planning

One of my most prestigious and rapidly growing clients are looking for Operation Support Assistants to join their planning and Scheduling team. This opportunity will be perfect for candidates who have had or are keen to have experience working within a scheduling & planning opportunity.

This opportunity will be based out of Newmarket and will be office based.

What you will do:
– This is a customer focussed role aiming to ensure engineers visit the customers within allocated times.
– Reporting directly to the Team Leader and Field Operations, working to achieve operational efficiency and maintenance of KPI's.
– Ensuring effective communication via phone and email with engineers, management and suppliers
– Effectively dealing with any queries, handling, and resolving customer complaints
– Planning allocation of the installations with engineers
– Monitoring live tracker to ensure engineers are on target with daily schedule

What my client is looking for:
– Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail and reliability
– Computer Literate, I.T skills, experience with excel/word/ CRM
– Good written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent Customer service experience
