SLR Recruitment are resourcing an Operations Manager based in Botley, to work within a family run, well established Diving & Engineering company.

We are looking for someone to be flexible within a growing company, works well under pressure, is hungry for progression & able to build a team of his or her own integrating with current staff.

If you have a tidy, organised mind and look for opportunities of growth, we think you’d like this role;

You’ll be running and supervising the office staff, dealing with enquiries, site visits, HR issues, keeping up accreditation, preparing reports and pricing of tenders – making sure workflow is smooth.

You like being in charge as you’ll be supervising the office staff in obtaining divers, supervising warehouse staff on planned maintenance of equipment and help with employment of staff.

It won’t all be office based which is great as you like to get out and about to stretch your legs – travelling to jobs, meet clients for dinner dates and being on a call out roster.
