Unlike other cleaning companies, we don’t ask our staff to work on a self employed basis or on zero hour contracts. In fact, we are accredited by The Real Living Wage foundation so you can be sure you’re paid correctly for the work you do.
We currently have a vacancy for an honest, reliable and hard working person to join us as a cleaner working in domestic and commercial environments.
To ensure we attract and keep the BEST staff we offer a great salary of £12,960 for an average 30 hours week, currently working on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We also have a great shift patterns working Monday to Friday plus some shift patterns available that also cover weekends. Whilst our core business hours are Monday to Friday, 8am until 5pm you may also be required to work outside of these hours or on weekends. This is a permanent position with an Immediate start available.
We are VERY STRICT on who we employ and only want the BEST people. You will be asked to go through a test and interview process as part of our selection. Only those who are serious about a career in cleaning, who have the right attitude and best skill set will be selected to join us.
Once you have passed our rigorous selection process you will work alone, and alongside other cleaners, within a domestic or commercial setting carrying out cleaning using Eco-Friendly, Biodegradable and microfiber products. You will also be asked to work on deep cleaning and specialist cleaning projects.
You must have use of your own vehicle as some of our work locations are not accessible via public transport. You will be working between multiple sites and the salary reflects this. We do not pay any extra for fuel allowance. You must be a car driver/user as you will be required to travel to clients in your own vehicle to enable social distancing.
This role covers a large area of Norfolk, mainly The Broads and Coastal Areas from Hunstanton to Great Yarmouth so please get in touch.
All successful applicants are required to provide a current DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a DBS check on appointment to post.
To make sure you stay with us and enjoy a long career we give you a great basic starting rate of £12,960 per year. All staff are entitled to join our pension scheme.
To help you progress in your career with us, everyone has a training and development plan with regular reviews. We will give you the right encouragement and tools so you can progress if you want to. This means with the right input you could become a Cleaning Lead, Cleaning Supervisor or Manager with the salary and package to match !
