Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is able to work efficiently, effectively and collaboratively to a very high standard. The Senior Receptionist role is to contribute to the smooth running of the main reception at Norwich Community Hospital; providing the reception team with daily front line support for direction and tasking. As well as to provide and ensure that all receptions are covered as required; maintaining a professional and quality service to all patients, visitors and colleagues to the hospital.

This is a full-time Band 3 substantive post. You should possess excellent communication and administration skills, and be able to work as part of a team, as well as being able to use your own initiative, and work to deadlines.

You will need to be able to evidence a good solid background working in a busy office environment, preferably with experience of working in the NHS. Knowledge of SystmOne would be an advantage, but training will be provided.

The base for this post is Norwich Community Hospital but you may required to travel frequently to other sites in Norwich Locality. You will need to be versatile and have access to a vehicle or be able to make alternative travel arrangements.
