We are an oil tank sale and installation company who have been established for 15 years. We are looking for a competent Office Clerk/ Sales person to perform a number of administrative and clerical tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the office. The role will involve working alone on many tasks and liaising with colleagues on site.


·Answering telephone enquiries and booking in work

·Basic bookkeeping

·Data entry using Quickbooks

·Utilising office appliances including photocopier, computer, card machine

·Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible

·Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail

·Performing other office duties as required

Basic office experience/an accountancy background would be desirable. You will be required to complete training on Quickbooks in order to understand the key functionality of the system in supporting the business.

Hours: 9:30 – 2:30, Monday – Friday 28 days holiday per year including Bank Holidays Salary: £13,000 – £15,600 per annum – depending on experience.
