New Business Advisor
Collins Property Recruitment is proud to be working with a prestigious and rapidly growing property law firm. Due to the ongoing growth of the business our client is now looking to recruit a New Business Advisor.
As a New Business Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with new potential clients, account management, gaining instructions and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property and an understanding of the sales process.
The New Business Advisor package will include:
- Basic salary £24,000.
- £45,000 OTE year 1.
- Monday to Friday 9-5 pm.
Responsibilities of the New Business Advisor include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Corresponding with inbound leads and referrals quickly.
- Selling benefits of the business in a professional and effective manner.
- Identifying new leads and winning instructions.
- Attending client events and meetings.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and property advice.
