As the Mobile Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of the cleaning operation across the Key Account Network sites allocated through effective team management, cost control, and standard setting.

*Responsibilities:*
* Manage and supervise cleaning operations at multiple sites to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction
* Plan, coordinate, and oversee the work of cleaning teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
* Implement and maintain cleaning schedules and checklists for all areas of the building, ensuring that work is completed on time and to a high standard
* Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards
* Maintain effective communication with clients, responding to their queries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
* Monitor and control cleaning supplies, equipment, and labour costs to ensure budget targets are met
* Prepare reports, statistics, and other documentation as required by the company or client
* Work collaboratively with other ISS teams and departments to ensure that all services are delivered seamlessly and to a high standard
*Qualifications:*
* Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management, with a proven track record of managing and supervising teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their goals
* A full UK Driving License
