BIM Manager/ Co-Ordinator

Our client will be working on cutting edge development where, as an experienced BIM Manager, you will be working on exciting and innovative projects whilst utilising your comprehensive knowledge in Autodesk Revit/Navisworks/AutoCAD to generate coordination plans whilst ensuring the highest possible efficiency and quality.

You will be:

  • Working on MEP coordination
  • Working closely with tenders, bids, temporary works, site and project teams in the design and production of 3D and 4D BIM Models
  • Hosting Coordination meeting
  • Support the project team and cleary understand their contractual obligations and conducting and reporting of regular onsite walk-throughs.
  • Supporting the production and delivery of project BEP, MIDP, MPDT and digital implementation strategy
  • Reviewing and validating Project Information Model (PIM) developed by design teams and subcontractors.

You will have:

  • Completed a third level qualification in construction, computing or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience MEP Bim Coordination
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills and experience working with MS Office
  • 3+ years’ experience utilising Autodesk Revit, Viewpoints for Projects (VFP), Synchro Pro, AutoCAD, Navisworks
