Mechanical Project Manager
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading and highly respected Mechanical Building Servicescontractor based in the Peterborough area.
The company provide a full range of Mechanical Building Services from design, through to supply, installation and commissioning to various sectors includingcommercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential, with contract values ranging from £100k up to £6m.
You will need to live within a commutable distance of Peterborough and have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, we would also very much consider Mechanical Supervisors / Mechanical Site Managers who are looking to take the next step up in their career.
Remuneration Package: Mechanical Project Manager
- Base salary: £50k – £60k depending on experience

Mechanical Project Manager – Key activities:
- Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion
- Management of site team
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Production of Risk and Method Statements
- Management of the commissioning activities
Relevant Qualifications in subjects such as Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing and Heating etc would be desirable, but not essential.
