My client is leading the way in energy efficiency, providing B2C and B2B customers with products ranging from solar solutions to heating and insulation. They are growing rapidly and are looking for a Marketing Manager to grow the team, create the marketing strategy, and own the growing budget to deliver best-in-class direct and brand awareness campaigns.
Your new role
As Marketing Manager, you will develop and deliver the Marketing strategy, working with your Marketing Executive and external agency to deliver against briefs and execute marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and convert customers. With B2B and B2C products and services, your campaigns will include direct, lead generation and nurture programmes spanning email, social media, website optimisation, events, and creating marketing materials and sales literature. You will have autonomy in the role to drive new initiatives and help the company realise their growth ambitions.
What you’ll need to succeed
We’re looking for experienced Marketing Managers with a track record of strategy creation, budget management, stakeholder relationship building and team management. You will have broad cross channel experience, not afraid to get your hands dirty in creating campaigns and materials across email, social media, website content and optimisation, events planning and execution, and the creation of branded sales materials. You will be able to show the ambition to step up and elevate their current efforts, taking marketing to the next level with increased investment into channels, demonstrating ROI back to the business.
What you’ll get in return

Please note that this is a majority office-based role.
