Marketing Campaign Manager

Role intro:

A new role reporting to the Buying Director of this leading eCommerce marketplace, we are currently looking for an experienced Marketer, responsible for creating and driving trade, brand and product activations across the company’s core platforms in the UK & International markets.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver a strong marketing plan for multiple on-site brand launches.
  • Manage partnership led marketing initiatives ensuring effective communication between all departments (Buying, eCom Trading, Merchandising & Tech).
  • Develop and manage marketing plans with unique 360 campaigns. Liaise with brands and internal departments to secure opportunities and coordinate initiatives to deliver sales targets.
  • Develop and manage a robust plan to engage and retain consumers with a focus on delivering a strong ROI while working with internal teams to execute all programmes flawlessly and on-time.
  • Work with the eCom trading team ensuring product placement, new product launches and discontinuations are managed consistently within the weekly & monthly trading calendar.
  • Develop excellent relationships with brand partners, ensuring all opportunities to promote the brand are maximized.
  • Ensure that all campaigns are carried out within agreed budgets as agreed with the brands and marketing department.
  • Provide regular feedback sessions with the suppliers to analyse performance, delivery of the campaign and discuss any learnings.

The ideal candidate?

An experienced Marketeer with an eCom marketplace background, you’ll have a track record of success of devising and executing brand activation campaigns.

And it is expected that you will offer:

  • Experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • Good balance of strategic and operational, consumer centric marketing experience.
  • Strong commercial focus and an ability to align with commercial goals.
  • Energy and drive to succeed in a fast paced and energetic eCommerce environment.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous work streams and prioritise work according to importance and strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with several different departments & across all levels of the organisation.
