We seek a highly professional business manager to take on the role of Managing Director of this exceptional business, accountable to the Board and shareholders.Located in East Anglia, and farming in excess of 4,000 hectares of productive land, with irrigation and excellent storage, the farms have a full complement of fixed equipment, machinery and staff. The farming system is well established around Root crops, Cereals and Sugar Beet. The farms management team is well established, and this role is looking to the future with a focus on strategy, projects and business administration.The successful applicant will have the highest standards of integrity, having managed at a fully commercially accountable level, with proven people skills, and demonstrate the achievement of high standards in all aspects of business performance and administration.
