Established Cambridgeshire practice seeks Residential Property Lawyer on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy residential property department experiencing a growing amount of work. Utilising your skills and expertise in conveyancing, the successful lawyer will manage a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions with minimal supervision. Additionally, you will build and maintain long-lasting client and referrer relationships.

Transfers of equity

Unregistered properties
Conducting ID checks
Submitting searches
Issuing and exchange of contracts
Title and mortgage reports
Completion duties
Building long-lasting relationships with referrers
The Candidate

Qualified solicitors or chartered legal executives with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE
Technically proficient in residential property
Possesses solid verbal and written communication skills
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Has the ability to manage all aspects of own caseload
Is pro-active, highly organised and client-focused
A team player who is equally comfortable working on their own initiative
Has a desire for professional development
