We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support the delivery of Civil and Structural/MEICA through a range of administrative services.

Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role you’ll manage the departmental timesheet recording system and ensure timely completion and submission of timesheets. You’ll manage the Replicon system and run reports as required by our KPS business SMT. You’ll also maintain records of staff time covering holidays, sickness and absences and provide support to our KPS Design Teams for project-based document management systems.

What are we looking for?

A highly organised and competent individual with a previous administrative background. You’ll have experience of working to tight deadlines and excellent communication skills. You’ll be a trusted relationship builder and able to work with internal and external stakeholders, under your own initiative and as part of a wider team.
