Salary – £26,000 – £28,000

Location – Banbury

1st /2nd Line Support Engineer, SOX Compliance

We are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a fantastic business based in Banbury. An IT Support Engineer with experience of supporting a range of applications is required. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing/Automotive environments will be well received.

Due to growth this company, an established business based in Banbury requires an IT Support Engineer with 1st/2nd line support experience for a new permanent role. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be required to:

Provide 1st/2nd line IT Support.
Resolve Technical queries
Troubleshoot helpdesk tickets via email, telephone, and face to face.
The IT Support Engineer should have the following skills or experience:

Experience in a technical 1st/2nd line support position
Experience of support in a busy demanding support environment
Experience resolving technical queries.
Maintain administration support – SOX Compliance.
Experience in installing and replacing hardware and peripherals to resolve issues.
Continuous improvement of processes (utilising lean manufacturing techniques)
