Job: Internal Recruitment Administrator
Hours: Monday to Friday. 8:30am – 5pm
Length: 4 week temp role with possibility of extension
One of the UK's most highly respected engineering service providers are looking for an Internal Recruitment Administrator to join them on a 4 week temp assignment, though there is the possibility of an extension to this assignment. A perfect role for someone with strong office administration skills, a quick learner and ideally with some experience in recruitment admin.
Key responsibilities of the job will be to:
Developing job specifications and job descriptions
Producing creative job adverts
Carrying out calls with candidates, arranging interviews, preparing contracts and offers
Identify sourcing methods to encourage high calibre candidates
Carrying out interviews, where required
Weekly and monthly reporting – analysing recruitment statistics
Keeping internal recruitment system up to date
