Interim Food Safety Positions

One of my local authority clients based in Lincolnshire are currently recruiting for two food safety positions.

The first is an Interim Team Leader, who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the food safety team and ensuring the authority's statutory duties are met. You will actively manage resources within the team and advise the environmental health manager on service delivery. The initial contract will run until the end of the financial year, will be full-time and will pay in the region of £45 per hour.

They are also looking for a competent food safety officer to carry out 250 C-Rated inspections on a pay-per-inspection basis. These inspections can be completed on an ad-hoc basis around your current position. The initial contract will run until the end of March 2022 and is likely to be extended past that.
