If you are nodding your head at the moment then our client has an immediate vacancy for Inside Sales Executives to join their expanding team in Watton. You may be experienced and feel attracted to one or more of the questions above. Equally, you may be a recent graduate with bags of energy and enthusiasm who can prove their potential by presenting a well though through and tailored CV and will be able to convince us at interview that you are suitable for our in-house training programme.

The role:

While this is an internally based sales role it will require skills and talents above and beyond a normal ‘telesales job’. The team in Watton contact senior decision makers in client companies to introduce the company’s valuable services. The advent of GDPR makes the company’s product basket even more attractive to every organisation around the UK. You will be joining a small but expanding team of like-minded, ambitious individuals, each with a burning desire to earn fairly and handsomely in return for their performance.

The individual:

You will need to be a self-starter with the ability to get your message across clearly and persuasively on the telephone. The company offers a service-based solution to an issue that is relevant to every organisation across the UK. You will have a CV that gives specific numbers to your sales achievements. This means your CV will highlight components such as targets, achievements against those targets and KPIs.

You must be truly comfortable and enjoy working with the telephone & be accustomed to working within a dynamic environment. You may currently feel undervalued and be ready to kick start your sales career. Most of all, you will be tenacious and never give up, ready to drive forward as a key team player in the Sales Team. Tenacity, ambition and drive will be required as an absolute minimum, while at the same time you be humble enough to relish and embrace the top quality training, coaching and encouragement that will always be available.

Your background:

The successful candidate will probably come from a background such as the Photocopier industry, Office/Facilities products and services supplies, Hygiene/Specialist waste contractors, Insurance brokering, Archive Management/Scanning, Any business which sells ‘rental packages/contracts’ would be similar.

While we don’t insist on a pure telephone sales background it should be stressed that this is a role for someone who is already used to working with the telephone. It could be that you are a field sales executive who has come to realise that ‘driving a desk’ can be a lot more productive and financially beneficial to ‘driving a car’.

The intention is that, very soon after joining, the base salary will be entirely irrelevant.
