Salary – £14,500 per annum
Working hours – Monday – Friday 9am to 5.30pm

Duties include:
Working in the IT support team, you are part of a really supportive working environment, learning the IT support function from the base up.
Logging of customer issues into the call management system
Carrying out configuration and testing of new kit prior to installation at customer site
Desirable Skills:
Enthusiastic about working in the IT sector
A “can-do” attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Well organised with good time management
Self-motivated and good at solving problems.
Team player as well as able to work individually
Confident in speaking to customers
Desired Qualifications:
5 Nat 5’s must include English & Maths or a combination of education and experience
