HR Systems Administrator – I-TRENT
Are you an experienced HR Administrator with extensive experience working on iTrent? Have you been involved with an iTrent project?
Looking for a position that offers long term progression with a global business?
This is an exciting time to join as the organisation are going through a growth period and have just implemented iTrent across the business. We are looking for a champion of iTrent and competent HR Administrator, who has covered a variety of HR administration areas.
You will be joining a well established HR team so will have the support there should you need it, however the ability to work autonomously and pro actively is a MUST.
We are looking for someone who has the above experience, who is confident to work with HR systems, data and someone who can pull figures and analytics and present this data in an accurate and meaningful way.
Attention to detail is absolutely essential for this position.
You will be responsible for updating and maintaining the HR database
Producing monthly absence reports, ensuring that everything is filed and logged correctly
Producing MI reports as and when requested
Assisting with other Ad Hoc when required
HR Administrator – The Person
It is essential that the candidate has proficient use of software packages and Microsoft office software
An exceptional ‘can do’ attitude being naturally friendly and approachable
It is essential that the candidate has a degree in HR or HR qualification
HR Administration experience is desirable for this role
We are looking for someone who can work at pace to changing priorities, someone is a go getter with drive and initiative, who can really drive the HR function forward.
We need someone who is confident to be pro-active in the role, who will use their initiative to raise process improvements to the wider team, and someone who is happy to get stuck in to all aspects of HR Administration.
