Salary – £40,000 DOE – £50,000 DOE

Hours – 8.30am – 5pm

Location – Grimsby

Grafton Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for HR Manager to join a leading manufacturing company in the Lincolnshire area.

As the HR Manager your duties will be –

Enabling engagement and retention of our valuable staff
Managing talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement and retention
Managing and completing HR administrative processes from new starter paperwork to exit administration, and everything in between
Maintaining and updating HR policies as required
Initiating and supporting continuous HR practice and process improvements
Advising line managers on Employment Relations issues and processes including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance management, etc
Draft correspondence relating such as disciplinary meeting invitations, outcome letters, etc
Wellbeing and engagement initiatives
Creating and analysing MI reports, presenting results and recommendations to senior company managers
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Ensuring that onboarding and administrative processes are fit for purpose to achieve the best possible results

The ideal HR Manager will have –

Sound understanding of employee relations processes and employment law
Be up-to-date on employment law changes and HR best practice
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
Preferably educated to degree level, CIPD Level 5 or 7 is desirable but not essential, as long as you have significant experience
Will have or be willing to undertake a Mental Health First Aid qualification
Occasional travel to other offices maybe required
