HR Business Partner Vickerstock is delighted to be working with one of the transportation industry leaders which prides itself on its continual commitment into investment, innovation and environmental conscious practices. As a result of new leadership, this organisation is embarking on a new growth path to expand its current operations thus, they are seeking two talented HR Business Partners to work alongside the new Head of Human Resources. This is a fantastic opportunity to become the integral part of the organisation, focusing on providing best in class HR Support services to all the organisation’s employees under the instruction of the Human Resources Team. What will you do as a HR Business Partner? As a HR Business Partner, you will have the responsibility for acting as an advisor and providing support to all employees in accordance with HR Policies, procedures and current legal requirements. You will act as the main point of contact for all employees, handling daily HR queries and escalating to Senior Level HR Management when required. You will work closely with the Human Resources Manager surrounding the following areas; Recruitment and Selection Performance Management Employee Relations Issues Employee Engagement Absence Management Training and Development HR Information System Full job specification available on request What you will need as a HR Business Partner? Third level qualification in Human Resources Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist experience at HR Officer Level. Or 5 years’ experience working in a HR Role and a Minimum of three years at HR Officer Level CIPD Membership What will you receive as a HR Business Partner?
