Hr Business Partner

Northreach have partnered exclusively with an up and coming, Hyper-Growth Biotechnology organisation that are at the forefront of Cell & Gene and immunotherapies. The HR Business Partner will be be working with and supporting a team of highly ambitious and talented folk, who are passionate not only about Science but also putting People and Culture at the heart of everything they do.

We're looking for someone that is equally passionate about providing effective and optimised HR experiences, whilst always looking for way to best support people and improve processes and the companies Employer Brand.

This a newly created role reporting to the businesses Director of HR, People & Culture… A role you can truly make your own! We're need in need of a HR Generalist that can turn their hand to all things People Operations, Culture and Talent. This will include, but not be limited to:-

* Advisory – Delivering Advice, Guidance, Processes and Policies to aid understanding and engagement

* Employee Engagement including Record Management, Training, Issuing Contracts, pay review letters, on/off boarding , pre hire checks, benefit and pension administration, monthly payroll submission

* Talent Acquisition – Being instrumental in providing a best in class end to end Recruitment and onboarding experience

* Performance Management – Partnering with the business to advise on and identify development needs, aligned with the company culture. Whilst also sharing insights and data to the relevant stakeholders

* Champion Internal Communications/Engagement – Surveys, Recognition, Events, Initiatives and Programmes

* Advocate – the companies Culture, Employer Brand and Embedding the values

To be considered for this role, we're looking for a HR/People Partner that is able to showcase the following experience and skills:-

* Have worked in generalist HR roles

* Have previous experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role

* Preferably have a CIPD qualification, or the equivalent experience

* Up to date employment law knowledge and robust understanding of compliance e.g., GDPR

* Working knowledge of how to develop policies and procedures

* Have a passion for people, culture, engagement, and the experience HR provides the business

* Have experience in managing/administering HR systems, applicant tracking systems and ideally monthly payroll processing as well as performance management systems

* Have a continuous improvement mindset, you’re always looking to how we can be more effective, efficient and smart in what we do

* High energy levels and an infectious can-do attitude

* Friendly, approachable and people orientated comms style

* Microsoft suite experience

* Excellent telephone and video call manner

* Naturally well organised
