This an exciting opportunity if you are still in the early stages of your career and feel as if you are going no where as this role will offer unrivaled progression as well as offering a salary of £28,000-£30,000.

Duties:

· Deliver core, routine, repeatable people processes and transactions effectively and accurately in line with SLAs.

· First point of contact for people queries.

· Support the wider HR Team with ongoing projects and initiatives.

· Responsibilities People processes and transactions

· Processing starters, leavers, and role transfers onto HR hub, ensuring a high quality of service delivery.

· Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires by entering employment data into the company database.

· Organise and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.

· Update employee holiday and sickness records.

· General HR administration tasks and support for the HR Advisors. Communication

· Answering internal and external queries via phone, email and in person.

· Organising meetings and sending out corresponding paperwork. Project support

· Assisting with administrative tasks, such as organising project-related documentation, scheduling meetings, and preparing materials.

Experience

· Experience in a fast paced/high volume administrative role.

· Proficient in the use of Excel.

· Good foundation of general education, competent user of Microsoft packages.

· CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) – desirable. Specific job skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· Strong attention to detail.
