Premier Work Support we are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Assistant to work for an employer of choice based in Dartford.
You will need to ideally have the CIPD Level 3 qualification, or working towards the Level 3 and have current experience of working within a generalist and fast paced HR environment at HR Assistant level.
As the HR Assistant you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager. Duties involve a wide range of support activities inside this very busy department, including coordinating meetings, maintaining the employee database, posting job adverts and payroll administration.
You will act as the liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions are dealt with in a timely manner. As part of your role you will also assist in creating and maintaining policies, processes and documents.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm and you will receive 21 days annual leave and free parking
