Job title: HR Advisor Responsible to: Head of HR & Operations Salary: Starting salary is £28,303.33 PA at full time equivalent (SC5-SP22) with scope to increase to £30,821.98 (SC6-SP26) Full-time: 37.5 per week Contract type: Permanent Location: Some remote working. For the right candidate, this role will offer the opportunity to develop and gain valuable experiences at an accelerated yet manageable pace – this is a visible and rewarding HR role. We are looking for an experienced, empathetic, reflective, and motivated HR Advisor to join our small HR team. Reporting to the Head of HR & Operations, you will be given the opportunity to play a vital role in developing an empowering HR service and supporting transformational projects. It is important that you have good office administration skills, including the ability to use spreadsheets and HR databases. Furthermore, can maintain accurate data for reporting purposes. About Mind in the City, Hackney and Waltham Forest: We are a multi-disciplinary provider of specialist mental health services and a part of the Mind Federation. We promote both recovery from ill health for people with recurrent and enduring mental health difficulties and early intervention for those at risk of developing mental health issues, or who struggle with common mental health conditions. We currently support around 5,000 people a year through a variety of services focusing on psychological, social, economic and workplace wellbeing, and support minoritised communities.
