HR Adviser/HR Business Partner Belfast Hybrid 25 days annual leave +Stats Salary up to £38,000 Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a Global Professional Services Organisation. We are seeking a proactive HR Adviser to support our HR Team in providing comprehensive HR assistance to the Group across the UK. In your new role, you will be involved in: Building strong relationships within the group to identify ways HR can support operational priorities. Providing HR advice and expertise to people managers, emphasising operational impact. Supporting change management initiatives and communicating organisational changes. Acting as the first point of contact for employee issues within the team. Proactively identifying improvements to employment policies and practices. Overseeing induction processes for new joiners and managing exit interviews. Managing client and intra-office secondments and recruitment processes as required. Overseeing monthly payroll activities and assisting with talent and compensation processes. Coordinating the Trainee life cycle and assisting with people projects. Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years of HR generalist and business partnering experience. Ideally CIPD Level 5 and or a relevant qualification Strong relationship-building skills and technical HR knowledge. Project and stakeholder management experience. Proficiency in case management related to performance, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Understanding of current employment legislation.
