HR Adviser

This industry leading engineering company are looking for a highly competent HR Advisor to join their team based in their Cambridge office. The right applicant for this role will need to be confident in managing a variety of queries surrounding employee relations such as absences, grievances, disciplinaries, appeals and consultations. You must be able to communicate clearly across all levels of seniority within the organisation and advise on HR best practice where necessary.

Main duties for this role:

Supporting HR Team with coaching and training of managers
Supporting Senior HR Advisor with casework as required such as disciplinary, grievances appeals and consultations
Acting as the main point of contact for managers on all absence management related matters
Providing HR support on best practice with investigation processes and being responsible for the end to end process from coordinating meetings to supporting the Investigation Officer with preparing investigation reports for formal hearings
