Position: Hospital Director (Battersea)Salary: £80k – £85k per annumHours: Full time – Monday to Friday – 40 hours per weekCompany Type: Medium Sized Care ProviderRequirements: Must be a RMN / Experience as a Home Manager or Deputy Manager / Clinical LeadThe Details:-In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic, financial and day-to-day running of the Hospital – liaising with clinical and non-clinical staff and other partner organisations, while considering the demands of political policy and local circumstances.You will conduct and administer fiscal operations, including accounting, planning budgets, authorising expenditures, establishing rates for services, and coordinating financial reporting.Information about the Service:This Hospital aims to provide a safe, caring, supportive and therapeutic environment for 21 patients with acute mental health presentations in order to help them recover and return home as quickly as possible.Providing a high quality, safe and secure environment. Offering person-centred care with individualised treatment care plans and work closely with locality community and crisis/home treatment teams to ensure a safe and well coordinated admission and discharge pathway.About youWe are looking for an experienced individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for mental health care and track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care.RequirementsDegree level education or equivalentEvidence of continued learning/developmentMasters level education or equivalentNMC Registered Nurse (RMN)Knowledge and experienceSignificant senior management experience operating at Board Level, preferably in an NHS Acute Trust,Previous experience as an Executive Director responsible for operationsDemonstrable track record of sound financial and operational management in a Board level positionExperience of leading service and/or transformational changeExperience of Management of complex projectsExperience of effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholdersWhy join?This organisation has strong values, a very supportive culture and a commitment to the high standards of care for residents & there employees.
