Hire Controller
Are you an experienced Coordinator/Controller who is able to handle enquiries and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment? If your answer is a resounding “yes”, my client is looking for a Hire Controller like you!In this role, you will be managing incoming enquiries in relation to Equipment hire and off-hires. Collaborating with engineers, sales, and other depot personnel as well as suppliers. Your knack for building relationships will play a crucial role as you liaise with drivers and third-party suppliers to guarantee efficient machinery deliveries and collections. Furthermore, ensuring the machinery aligns with safety standards will be paramount. Your proactive approach will allow for you to seek opportunities to promote add-ons and look for opportunities for the business’s growth. Having good attention to detail whilst processing customer data and staying updated with the equipment and it’s accessories on offer, will ensure your success within the role.
- This is a full time, permanent role Monday-Friday working. 8am-5pm
- Salary will be dependent upon experience and industry knowledge at £30k+
- A rewarding bonus: Hire Desk get a bonus relating to turnover twice yearly, averaging £2k plus per year
- Holiday allowance: 22 days plus Bank Holidays.

This role would ideally suit somebody with in a contract hire/leasing field in a coordinator, Controller, Scheduler capacity.
