We are a discrete service working within UKHSA that focuses on developing and supporting systems that provide the NHS frontline with the functionality needed for both vaccine and pandemic response stock ordering Additionally, we provide uptake monitoring and evaluation of the national immunisation programmes.

Our small team are passionate about what we do. We have ambitions to grow, evolve and improve the services and IT products we provide to our important client base.

The post holder will provide support and guidance to customers needing assistance. The primary goal of the role is to address inquiries by phone or email, troubleshoot problems, and ensure a positive user experience in relation to the ImmForm website.


The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) offers hybrid working – this means that whilst the role will be based in one of our offices, there will be opportunities for an element of working from home. UKHSA have office locations across the UK.

This will be determined primarily by business needs and in line with departmental policies for flexible working.

Some infrequent business travel will be required as part of this role. Business travel between base location and any other work locations will be covered under the UKHSA Travel and Expenses policy.

Please be aware that this role can only be worked from within the UK and not overseas. Relocation expenses are not available.
