Head Of Service Management

Copello are working with a dynamic and forward thinking defence services organisation who are looking for a business leader who can provide strategic leadership and direction to a number of teams focused on service management and delivery.

The Head of Service Management will be responsible for the delivery of safe and reliable capabilities to customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction whilst managing profit and loss accounts for specific contracts.

Successful candidates will have worked in a technical environment within Air Traffic Management or Defence and have a recognised accreditation from an Engineering body.

The Head of Service Management will have a principal responsibility of delivering internal and customer reporting related to service performance.

Candidates will need to demonstrate a proven track record in leadership and Service Delivery with experience of both business management and people leadership. The ability to think strategically, with previous experience of developing and delivering clear strategy within a process orientated, high complexity and technical environment.

A high degree of emotional intelligence is required to be able to effectively engage with various stakeholder groups and at varying levels
