Page Personnel have partnered with a well know brand recruiting for a Group Payroll Manager on a full time permanent basis in Liverpool. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for a solid Payroll Manager to take control of a full end to end payroll and pension managing 1 member of staff.

Description

The Group Payroll Manager duties include:

  • Manage the full payroll process for 3 sites including 4 weekly, weekly and monthly
  • Managing 1 member of staff and help to guide and grow their performance and act as an escalation point
  • Assist in project work and support new process implementation and drive efficiency.
  • Balancing and checking off payroll
  • Implement new changes and legislation within compliance
  • Salary changes, adjustments etc;
  • Run payroll reports across various sites
  • Liaise with HMRC and ensure submissions are accurate
  • Payroll Audit
  • Payroll queries
  • Year end
  • Pensions
  • Helping to improve company Benefits Scheme

Profile

The successful Group Payroll Manager duties include:

  • Management or team leader experience – must be able to take full responsibility for their own payroll and the team
  • Ability to travel to multiple sites
  • Understanding of pension (advantageous)
  • Proven track record of processing end to end payroll
  • Ability to build relationships and drive change
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines
  • Running multiple payrolls

Job Offer
