Goods In Supervisor

Inivos are looking for a Goods In Supervisor to join the production function of the business. Inivos promotes flexible working as a company, however this role will be successfully carried out by working from our production facilities in Kings Lynn.

What do we do?

At its core, Inivos is a specialist medical technology business developing, manufacturing, and supplying products and services to enable hospitals and healthcare facilities to reduce the risk of infection.

What are we looking for in this position?

The Goods In Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining good stock levels to support production requirements and contributing to key business goals; whilst improving and managing the goods in quality control system to ensure minimal interruptions and disruptions to production flow.

What will you do?

* Manage the goods in quality control

* Maintain agreed stock levels and manage reordering

* Kitting of build assemblies for daily production

* Responsible for taking deliveries and ensuring goods are checked and put into stock in a timely manner

* Manage any quality issues or faulty goods with suppliers

* Maintain Health and Safety procedures throughout the work environment

* Ensure timely and effective communication across the different departments within the business

* Keeping up to date with regulatory guidelines, departmental training, and compliance

* Adherence to the company QMS and external accreditations maintained

What will you need to have and do?
