Flower Factory Operative

Red Rock Partnership are delighted to be working with our prestigious client in Alconbury who are looking for Production Operatives to join their busy team.

About The Role:

To assist the team to meet the company goals in a timely and appropriate manner and ensure operational needs are met whenever possible. To support production operations through utilising varied skill-set and support other members of the team in achieving their objectives.

Start Date: Immediately

Shifts: 07:00 – 19:00

Transport support available

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Counting, putting on and adding the required number of flowers, on the belt according to the required production speed

* Making of bouquets and flower arrangement

* Noticing quality deviations and informing the line leaders immediately

* Label the packaging and bouquets ensuring the correct specifications are adhered to

* Sleeving and/or wrapping of bouquets, boxing, strapping and bucket filling

About you:

* Ability to multi skill in different areas of the business.

* High degree of flexibility

* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to follow instructions

* Must have eye for the detail

* Ability to complete repetitive tasks and in line with performance targets
