Fire & Security Installation Engineer

Fire & Security Installation Engineer required. Our client is a well established Fire & Security company based in North-East Wiltshire, currently looking for a Fire & Security Installation Engineer due to the growth of the business.

Successful candidates will have 3 years experience within the industry and ideally for NSI or SSAIB accredited companies. This will be servicing or products such as fire alarms, intruder alarms, access controls and CCTV.

Fire & Security Installation Engineer Position Overview

  • Installation, Commissioning and Fault Finding/Rectification Works of Fire & Security Systems including, Intruder Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems, Intercom/Access Control Systems and Fire Alarm Systems.
  • Covering the M4 Corridor and up to an approximate 2-Hour Radius of Swindon.
  • Have good communication skills to effectively liaise with the Office and Clients.
  • Wireless & Wired Intruder Alarm Systems (Pyronix, Texecom & Galaxy).
  • Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm Systems (C-Tec & Advanced).
  • Analogue and IP CCTV Systems (Hikvision).
  • IP and Standalone Access Control and Intercom Systems (Videx, Bticino, Paxton & BPT).

Fire & Security Installation Engineer Position Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previously worked for SSAIB or NSI Accredited Companies (ideally)

Fire & Security Installation Engineer Position Remuneration

  • Salary: £34,000- £38,000
  • Working hours: 40 hours a week Monday to FridayHoliday Package: 23 days + 8BH + Birthday. Additional days awarded upon length of service

  • Call out 1 in 5 weeks with £140 standby pay (additional £50 for bank holidays)
  • Overtime available.
  • Travel paid outside of 30 minutes each way.
