Our small yet well-established client, who have ambitious future growth plans, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join their fun and family feel team. This is a permanent opportunity based from their offices in Staunton, Gloucester.
You will be responsible for financial reporting, budget management, cost control, and administering and controlling our accounting functions. You will play a critical role in strategic decision-making and will work closely with the team to drive the financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
– Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
– Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.
