Finance Administrator

The main responsibilities for this role are to provide administrative duties within the Finance team. Looking after ledgers, processing invoices and finance data entry.

Client Details

The client, a globally known food manufacturer, who are easily commutable from Swansea, Llanelli, Ammanford and surrounding areas.


The successful finance administrator will be responsible for

  • Ensuring financial reporting objectives and met within deadlines
  • Reconciling stock movements and ensuring they are inline with the accounting software
  • Reconciling transport including PO management and reporting
  • Resolving any stock queries in a timely manor
  • General office admin duties and any other tasks set out by your line manager


The successful finance administrator will have

  • Proficient in Excel and strong IT skills
  • Experience in stock control is advantageous
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Committed to the role and the tasks in hand
  • Detail orientated and self-efficient
