  • This is a dual role for both the sales and lettings department so you will be dealing with vendors, buyers, tenants and landlords.

Role Description

  • To generate viewing appointments for both lettings and sales departments with half day in each department or who requires you more
  • Registering all enquiries
  • Carry out viewings
  • Administration duties to include properties to be added to the Jupix software system
  • Arranging window display
  • Answering phone and putting through to correct department if required

Responsibilities

  • Register every new enquiry onto Jupix noting their details and booking in viewings
  • Identify opportunities in those calls – potential landlord or vendor
  • Phone out new instructions within 24 hours
  • Typing up property details for sales and lettings on Jupix software system
  • Change window with property details
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Update Jupix with notes about every conversation
  • Clear diary actions every day with no carry over
  • Organising touting letters to landlords and potential vendors

Requirements

  • Team player
  • Positive communicator
  • Customer service focus to ensure all customers are looked after
  • Ability to qualify applicants accurately
  • Clear speaking
  • Good listener with patience
  • Car owner essential and will require business insurance

Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator

  • Monday to Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm and Saturday 8.30am – 5.00pm with one day off in the week (5 day working week).

  • Salary £25,000 with opportunity to progress to commission added to basic salary + car allowance.
