Electricianurgently required to work with the Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council. This post will offer 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm with an hourly rate of £17.59. Initially the post will be for 3 months with the possibility of an extension based on performance. The successful candidate will work as part of the Operational Services Team and will be responsible for the installation of all new electrical works, modification and maintenance of existing installations, perform basic testing on equipment and operating electrical tools whilst adhering to health and safety regulations. A full, current UK driving licence is essential for this role including access to own vehicle as driving to various locations will be required for this role.
