Job DescriptionA large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a large site in Grosvenor House, west end of London. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working a shift role with Mon to Fri 8 AM to 5 PMBenefits include:Salary: £45kProgression and ongoing TrainingOvertimeJob Purpose:In your new role as a Electrical Maintenance Engineer you will play a criticalrole in ensuring the continuous operation and safety of my client’s officeMechanical systems. You will work closely with a team of engineers andtechnicians to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks, helping tocreate a secure and comfortable environment for our staff.Job role:Carrying out pre planned and reactive maintenance (Electrical)Operating BMS systemsPerform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVACsystems, including chillers, air handling units, and ventilation systems.Experience within a Maintenance / FacilitiesManagement environmentWe are looking for individuals with:Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Workprocedures and safe systems of working.Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environmentKnowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Workprocedures and safe systems of working.Capability to perform manual tasks, including manualhandling, working at heights.Good verbal and written communication is important,including the ability to use a mobile device.You’ll need to be highly self-motivated and solutionsfocused with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoyworking as part of a team.Troubleshoot and diagnose Mechanical equipment andsystem issues, implementing effective solutions promptly.Conduct regular inspections to identify potentialproblems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to develop andimplement maintenance schedules and strategies.Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenanceactivities in adherence to Organization’s policies.Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencyresponse, ensuring Mechanical systems, reliability 24/7.Adhere to strict infection control measures and maintain a clean and safe working environment.Qualifications :NVQ Level 3/ C&G 3 qualification(mechanical/plumbing)Commercial maintenance experienceFull UK driving licenceRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.No terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate against any of the protected characteristics that fall under the Equality Act 2010.
