Despatch operative
Contract, Temporary Full Time
Berry Recruitment are currently looking for a Despatch Operative to work for a long-standing Manufacturing client based in King's Lynn.
You will be required to support the Despatch team picking and packing to ensure all customers orders are full-filled.
Duties include:
Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety & Environmental.
Picking customer order lines with use of a ride on isle truck.
Locating product within stores or work holding areas from manufacturing and assembly.
Stock taking items in locations.
Packing customer orders
Labelling packed product with shipping details with use of a ride on FLT.
Being able to read and understand a works order sheet.
Controlling stocks and requesting packing consumables.All training will be provided however previous experience in a Goods In/Out or Despatch Environment would be required.
Working hours will be Monday to Friday either 6-2pm or 10pm-6am.
Rate of pay will depend on shift but minimum of £11.42 per hour.
