An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Childrens Home Deputy Manager, or Team Leader in the Maylandsea area.
We are seeking a Team Leader or Deputy Manager with a background in childrens residential services, for a wonderful opportunity to join an incredibly supportive small, independent provider of residential childrens homes.
You will work closely with the Registered Manager to support the effective running of the home and ensuring the provision of a safe and nurturing environment for children. You will lead, mentor and coach the staff team, guiding them with your knowledge, and supporting them in their personal development. In turn, you will also receive plenty of support and opportunity for your own personal development.
Hours: 40 pw + shared on-call (shared amongst approx 10 Managers)
There is a very competitive salary of up to £35,000 + bonus
