Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers and providing high levels of customer service through various channels
  • Adhering to customer service procedures, policies, and standards
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
  • Supporting customer service team leader with operational improvements
  • Other ad hoc tasks and duties as directed.
  • Striving to maintain customer retention by educating customers of the benefits and avoiding cancellations.

Requirements

  • Evidence of working in a customer service role
  • Experience of working with KPIs
  • Microsoft Office skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Positive, confident personality
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
