Customer Service Representative

This particular job is office based, and integral to the vitally important Customer Service arm of my clients successful business

The role will include being part of a Purchasing team, as well as dealing with several aspects of Customer Service, such as Bookings, Payments and Delivery Scheduling as well as 'After Sales'.

Job Duties:

Answer incoming customer inquiries
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
Other duties as requested Start: Immediate 
Location: Sawston, Cambridgeshire
Hours: 40
Salary: £20,000
