Customer Service Co-ordinator

£24,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience

Hybrid working – office, home and working on site with clients in Sandbach, Nantwich, Delamere, Winsford, Salford Quays and Manchester City Centre so you must be happy to travel across these locations.

Must have access to your own car – mileage will be paid.

Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this specialist construction-based consultancy within their newly developed After Care Team. Customers are at the heart of this business and ensuring that they have a positive and efficient experience with the company is essential.

This company are rapidly expanding and are seeking passionate, enthusiastic individuals to join their business and help deliver the great plans that they have for 2024 and beyond. There will be opportunity for personal growth and development as this is incredibly important to the senior leadership team.

You will work closely with the After Sales Manager, who is very experienced, to ensure that customers are supported with any after care queries or issues that they have. This could be over the phone, email, or face to face, so you need to be able to demonstrate experience within these areas. This team can be managing the aftercare of 500 properties, so it is a busy role and needs someone who can multitask, work quickly and efficiently.

The duties will involve:

· Taking ownership of a development.

· Liaise with clients – face to face, over the phone and email.

· Book in multi traders for work.

· Arrange appointments.

· Contact homeowners with cost of jobs and get sign off.

· Arrange payments.

I am seeking a candidate who can drive and has access to their own car as you will be required to meet clients face to face to discuss any issues, concerns and give updates.

The successful applicant will come from a construction or housing background and so will be familiar with housing, homeowner, and tenant issues.

You must be proficient in Word, Excel and Teams.
