Mon – Fri , 9am -5pm
The role:
* Answers customer queries about existing orders
* Resolving customer complaints
* Expediting orders to meet monthly invoicing targets
* Working with Epicor
* Sending dated order acknowledgements to customers for their orders
* Following up and communicating information on call off orders
* Working closely with purchasing and German sales team
* Checking orders to see if stock has arrived and then releasing for stores to despatch
* Sending & receiving emails on a daily basis
* Cover for other areas in the department for holiday/sick
* Speaking to customers on a daily basis
* Ensuring customer records are kept up to date
Experience:
* Good Telephone Manner
* Export experience would be helpful
* Good Communication Skills
* Attention to detail
* IT Skills i.e. Outlook; Word; Excel etc
* Team Player
* High Work Ethic
* High work rate to deal with large amounts of customer emails and telephone calls
Experience of customer services or internal sales would be highly desirable.
