About you
Experienced in customer service with an outgoing positive personality. You will be confident when dealing with people at all levels, committed to excellence with an eye for detail. You will have a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service and seeking a role where you can make a difference and constantly learn new things.
About the role
As Customer Service Advisor you will act as the public face of the business, providing a ‘meet and greet’ service and answering telephone enquiries from customers who have been involved in an accident. Working closely with our vehicle damage assessment teams, you will guide customers through our repair claim process. This position requires initiative, attention to detail and an ability to deliver great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.
What we look for:
* A team player who can work with minimal supervision
* Ability to multi-task, plan and organise effectively
* Effective communication with customers and colleagues
* Good IT skills including all Microsoft office packages
* Ability to adopt upselling skills
* Someone who can make customers smile
* 3 years customer service experience
* Full UK Driving licence
